Description
 
The PS Audio DirectStream Power Plant 12 is a high-end AC power regenerator designed to isolate high-fidelity audio equipment from unstable wall current and line noise. Rather than acting as a standard passive filter, the P12 actively converts incoming home AC power to DC energy. It then uses a pure, FPGA-based DSD sine wave generator to rebuild a brand-new, stable, low-impedance AC power waveform. This process eliminates voltage fluctuations, distortion, and spikes, allowing connected amplifiers and source gear to maintain wide dynamics, deep soundstages, and lower noise floors.
