One matched supply for STREAM1 and a second compatible device

The Innuos LPS1 is a compact linear power supply developed for STREAM1 and selected earlier Innuos components. It replaces the streamer’s standard external supply with a chassis-matched unit built around a 150VA toroidal transformer, medical-grade AC filtering and premium Mundorf and Nichicon capacitors. The enclosure shares STREAM1’s 240mm width, allowing both units to stack or sit side by side without turning the installation into a shelf of mismatched power bricks.

Two DC outputs give LPS1 a broader role than a single-purpose upgrade. The fixed 19V output is reserved strictly for supported Innuos products. A second output may be switched between 5V and 12V and supplies up to 1.5A for a compatible accessory such as a network switch or external DAC. Voltage, polarity and current must be checked against the connected component; a physically fitting plug is not electrical compatibility.

The second output allows one LPS1 to support a STREAM1-based system and another low-voltage device, including an appropriate NET1 installation. Backward compatibility also covers supported ZENmini Mk3 and PULSEmini models. A 4mm chassis-ground terminal is provided for systems using a planned external grounding arrangement.

LPS1 is not a universal bench supply and should not be treated as one. Its fixed Innuos connection, selectable accessory rail and total load belong in a documented configuration. For a STREAM1 owner, LPS1 offers a clean upgrade path without replacing the streamer or its chosen module. For a new installation, specifying both pieces together keeps power, shelf space, ventilation and DC-cable routing under control from the start.
